Reliability

Reliability refers to a System's ability to perform its function consistently and accurately over time and under the specified conditions.

It is different than robustness and resilience. Robustness is working in a wide range of situations, resilience is recovering from failures. A reliable sytem isn't working in different conditions other than the specified. It is predictable and stable.

One can measure reliability by the frequency and likelihood of failures under the specified conditions.
